Roll Forming Lines for Roofing Sheet

We provide job work for manufacturing roofing sheets like high rib, step tile, deck profiles etc., by using cold roll forming lines. These roll forming section lines for roofing sheets are manufactured using strips width varying from 700 mm to 1250 mm in width and from 0.4 mm to 1mm in thickness.

Our lines employ a series of paired rollers to progressively shape a flat strip of metal into desired contours for shape in a roofing sheet and in the process adding rigidity & strength to the metal. These sections have wide scope of use in building and construction industry.
