Cold Roll Forming Lines
We
have planned, designed and erected more than 100 plants conforming to
international standards and specifications and as per latest technology
available worldwide. Our lines are used for making sections such as 'Z'
Purlin, 'C' Channels, Roof Panels, Roofing Sheets, Color Coated Roofing Sheets, Crash Guards and any section as per the
client's specification. The roll tools are designed by experts and
manufactured with utmost accuracy that guarantees accurate production
of the section. We can make roll forming section lines of input strip width
varying from 700 mm to 1250 mm and thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 3
mm. These products are manufactured by employing mild steel, galvanized
steel, color coated sheets, aluminium, etc.
Our
Roll Forming Line for making sheets can run at a speed up to 12
mtrs/min. These roll forming lines are very economical to run and use
very low power. Roofing sheets in various profiles like High Rib
Roofing Sheets, Step Tile Roofing Sheets, and Deck Profile Sheets can
be manufactured on our line. The various machines employed in making
roofing sheets are equipped with PLC controlled electric panels.
Cut to Length Lines
Our Cut to Length lines are used for high quality requirements of sheets
used in the Automobile Industry, Building Industry and other White
Goods Industries.
Our lines are
equipped with the latest electronic controls for achieving highly
accurate lengths of the sheet. Our Cut to Length Lines can be customized to
suit specific requirements.

for precision material parameters and production requirements.
Slitter
Slitting Lines from FERRO INDUSTRIES are highly productive and are state-of-the-art for the precision slitting of coil metal.
Our Slitting Lines are designed to slit all types of thin gauge strips
to extremely close tolerances. These lines basically consist of Coil Handling, Strip Processing and Scrap Management Equipment.
- Our Slitting Lines come in a Singe loop, Double loop and Pull through configurations
- Capacities extend from strip thickness of 0.1 mm to 14 mm
- Strip widths of 200 mm to 2000 mm and coil weight from 1 tonne to 30 tonnes.
Technically, what one could expect from the unique concept
of precision alignment and adjustment of arbours together with high
precision roller bearings they rotate on. This did not come naturally
at one go but took a lot of experimenting, traveling, upgrading and risks to make this concept trouble free and the best.
